We invite you to stay at our 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom villa with private pool and hot tub. The villa is located on the Manors at Westridge.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has a large sitting room with TV. The villa is extremely well furnished. The villa is all on one level, so need to climb any stairs. Free WiFi thoughout the villa.
It features a Master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. with both bath and shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed. Bedrooms three and four are both twin bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you would need to prepare full meals for the family. There is a kitchen eating area or have a relaxed meal on the pool deck with the furnished plastic dinnerware. If you like a more formal dining experience, there is a separate large dining table.
All rooms are on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
After a day at the parks or golf course relax on the covered lanai with a table and plenty of comfy chairs. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a stand alone hot tub (which sits on the pool deck) which is great for some relaxing times after the hustle and bustle of a busy day at the theme parks.
The Manors at Westridge is a gated community centrally located to just about anything you want. The amenities of a 5 star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of staying in a high end home for the price of a hotel room. Community facilities are available in Manors and include an exercise gym, large pool, playground, and tennis courts.
I-4 is about 3 miles south and about 3 miles north to 192 or “the strip” leading to Kissimmee and Old Town, fun for all ages. On highway 27 you are central to the entire area and the gated community provides a quiet and more secure place to come home after a day of exploring.
Golf Lovers are also centrally located for a variety of golf courses, including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Polo Park and many more. Or maybe miniature golfers? Lots of those too.
Publix Grocery Store and Gas (5 min) Walmart at Cagan’s Crossing (10 min) JCPenney, Target, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Ross, Dollar Tree+(5 min) Chili’s, Red Robin, Applebee’s, Cracker Barrel, Ihop, Bob Evans, Diromio’s, Pizza Many more, all within a five to ten minute drive.
